Our Early Access Program provides early stage releases and insight into new features and functionality of the Sunshine Conversations Platform.

It enables you to provide feedback that can significantly impact our direction and implementation. While Early Access releases aren't ready to be used to build production solutions, they're at a stage where you can test and tinker with an implementation. As we receive feedback and iterate on a project, we may change designs and update implementations without warning, we may also choose not to progress to general availability of some features.

Early Access releases should not be used in a user-facing manner or applied to production projects.

What to expect

  • We will provide a Slack channel to collaboratively impact the direction and approach of a project.
  • We will strive to keep documentation updated, but you can expect unannounced breaking changes as we develop quickly.
  • We may stop or pause access to Early Access releases at any point.
  • You will encounter bugs and there will be reliability and stability hiccups.
  • We will support you to get up and running and discuss high-level questions, but we are unable to support specific implementation questions.

Providing feedback

We run the Sunshine Conversations Slack channel which we give you access to. You'll be able to collaborate with other integrators, as well as engineers and product managers from Sunshine Conversations. To foster transparency and collaboration, the Sunshine Conversations Slack channel should be used for all discussions, bug reports, and requests. If you need to discuss a private concern, you can contact our support team for assistance.

How to get started

In order to use any Early Access program, you must have an active Sunshine Conversations account and request access to the Early Access Program. We will email you with program details including details of the Slack channel.
